of a luxury guesthouse. This beautifully appointed
heritage guesthouse is also the perfect base for
touring nearby historic houses, the famous wineries
of Pokolbin or for excursions to Barrington Tops
and Port Stephens.
The spacious suites, cozy lounge and garden courtyard
blend to create the feel of an elegant private
home.
All suites are individually decorated in a comfortably
luxurious English style country house. The beds
are sumptuous, with deluxe mattresses, comfortable
pillows, fine linen and elegant fabrics. The guestrooms
feature Flat LCD Televisions, CD/DVD Players.
Ensuite
bathrooms have shower facilities, plush towels,
slippers, scales, robes and Sanctum bathroom amenities.
Wireless Broadband connection is available in all guestrooms and common
areas of the guesthouse. 24 hours(per day) access is $10.00, if staying
more than 3 nights the cost per 24 hours access is $5.00 per day.

Policies:
Rates are subject to change without notice and

Rooms are double occupancy and are inclusive of
gst.
Additional person limited to specific rooms, midweek,
non-holiday periods and pre-arrangement only -
$50.00
No minimum stay is required, except over special
event weekends, Easter and long weekends.
For your comfort, smoking is not permitted throughout
the guesthouse and grounds.
Our check in time is between 3pm - 5pm. Check out time
is 10:00am.
Group rates are available upon contacting the
guesthouse directly. |

A credit card is required upon confirmation of reservation
in order to guarantee your reservation. We accept
cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. If paying by American Express or Diners Club a $5.00 administration fee will apply per day.
